Perfect and convenient location

Fairly clean. Early check-in, late check-out. - Very supportive staff. - Brand-new and generous-sized room with a balcony and kitchenette. - Strategic location near the Duomo, metro lines, tram, and major arteries.

A gorgeous hotel, with big rooms, helpful staff and excellent location. Every room has got a small kitchen (but without cutlery or dishes). You are offered free tea, coffee and juice, and sometimes croissants, whenever you wish, in the hotel lobby. The breakfast was varied and delicious, in a nice restaurant at the 8th floor, beautifully decorated. As we have mentioned before, the staff was helpful and also polite, especially one that spoke Spanish. It is close to the metro station Maciachini, but you must ask at the reception to explain to you the shortest way to get there. It is close to a supermarket with low prices (Lidl). We would certainly come back.

The hotel was very nice, room was big, comfortable,clean, staff very helpful. It was very relaxing to rest in that hotel after the whole day. Breakfast is included and served on 8th floor and it's really tasty:) If I went to Milan I will stay there for sure again.

I liked a location of the hotel because it was very easy to reach metro station. Also I can say that breakfasts were much better than I expected. And our room was cleaned every day. There was a small kitchen with a fridge and it was very convinient.

It was amusing to find ants in our room and a brush inside a toilet.

The room here is quiet, luxurious, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and hypoallergenic pillows, offering good street views.

I have been traveling to Milan for 22 years for a big Optical convention. I am used to very small room and very small beds with very little shelf and dresser drawer space. This was the biggest room with a large queen bed that was very firm and comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of room and the hotel even had a gym. For a european hotel that is close to the metro this is the best I have found in 22 years. It was also very reasonable priced and I plan to stay here every year as long as nothing changes.The breakfast bar was really good and the entire staff was fantastic. The surrounding neighborhood lookede a little rougher than most areas I stayed but I felt safe walking to the metro and going to dinner each night.

Location: the hotel was so close to Maciachini metro stop on M3 metro line which goes to all the major stops including Duomo in 15 minutes, and Close to a subway station. I had freshly made food for breakfast with fruits & veg.

The venue is bright and comfortable. Its location is absolutely perfect, near Malpensa and accessible to the Duomo area and local public transport. The rooms are cheap and fairly quiet. Good-sized bathrooms. Amenities include a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge.

The room looked really nice and clean, i was surprised to find a dressing room near the bathroom - a big plus!

I do not have any complaints per say, but a mini fridge in each room would be a great idea. Also, what bugged me was the multitude of mirrors everywhere in the room, it gets exhausting at some point.

Quiet, safe, and clean neighborhood. Friendly and supportive staff. Large rooms with comfortable beds and useful kitchen. Daily room service. Strong wifi. Good choice for the price.
